How long will the project take?
It depends on filming, edit complexity, and your approval process. Your quote includes a schedule for the shoot, first cut, feedback, and final delivery. Tell us about a fixed deadline at the start.
What happens if the brief changes?
We discuss the effect on price and delivery before adding work. Extra shoot days, a new concept, or additional versions may need an updated scope.
How do reviews work?
We agree the number and purpose of review rounds in your scope. Consolidated notes from one point of contact help us make the changes efficiently.
What arrives at the end?
The approved exports and supporting files listed in your scope. Aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails, raw footage, and project-file handoff are confirmed before work starts.
What about travel, usage rights, or a reshoot?
Travel costs, music and footage licensing, usage permissions, and any reshoot requirements are discussed in the production scope. Do not assume raw files, unrestricted rights, or an extra filming day are included unless they are listed.
