This notice covers information collected through this website its project inquiry form, and studio bookings.
Project inquiries
The form asks for your name, email, and project details. Company, timing, budget, and service interests are optional. Submitted details are used to discuss your project and are emailed to hello@around.cam when delivery is available. Please do not include confidential customer information or sensitive personal data.
Website operation
The website uses Cloudflare and Replit to deliver pages and media. These providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect their services. The form uses a temporary request identifier and a hashed request record to prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse; it does not save the inquiry text in that record.
Studio bookings
We store your name, email, session time, payment status, and any cancellation notice to manage your rental. Stripe processes payment details; this website does not store your card number. The studio address is provided only in the paid-booking confirmation email. Booking links give access to your reservation, so keep them private.
Video and external links
Video playback is served directly from this website. Links to original posts open external services with their own privacy practices. This site does not load an X or YouTube player just because you visit a page.

For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of a project inquiry, email hello@around.cam. Necessary business correspondence may be retained as part of project records.
